Which username and password should I use to enroll?

You need to use the username and password that you also use when logging on to the network with your workstation. The username usually uses the format: jbakker@tools4ever.com

Which domain should I use?

Depending on the wishes of your organization you will need to enter a domain name or it might be preselected for you. If the domainname is empty by default, please enter the domain name 'SSP'.

Can I continue working immediately after resetting my password?

Yes, you can. After the password reset, you can logon with your new password immediately and continue working.

Can I only reset my password if I'm enrolled in this program?

Yes, before you can use the Forgot My Password functionality of the software, you need to enroll. Only after enrolling you use it to reset your password.

Does the password reset software work if, for example, I'm using my laptop and I'm not connected to the network?

Yes, but only if your organization configured this functionality. However you can't use the software to reset your password, but instead it will allow you to logon using credentials that are cached by Windows.

Does the software store my passwords somewhere?

No, the software only stores the questions and answers.

Can I use the software if my password is already expired?

Yes, it is possible to reset a password that is expired using the software.

Can I use SSRPM if my account has been disabled or is blocked?

It is possible to unblock your account using this software. During the reset procedure you can select the "Unblock my account", assuming that functionality has been enabled. It is not possible to reset the password if the account was explicitly disabled by the administrator.
